SECTION C: STALL SETUP & COMPLIANCE

Self-Sufficiency Declaration (Compulsory): 
Please note that the event does not provide electricity or water. All vendors must be fully self-sufficient and supply their own equipment, power (if required), water, waste containers, and operating materials.

SECTION D: FOOD VENDORS ONLY

All food vendors are required to:

  • Complete the Environmental Health / Certificate of Acceptability (CoA) Application Form issued by the municipality.
  • Ensure the form is completed in full, signed, and compliant with all listed hygiene requirements.
  • Operate strictly within the approved menu and handling methods.
  • Have a 9kg fire extinguisher readily available at the stall.
  • Have a mini first aid kit available on site.

NB: Incomplete or non-compliant CoA submissions will result in automatic disqualification.

SECTION E: TERMS & CONDITIONS

By agreeing to the terms below, I confirm that:

  • I understand that stall allocation is at the discretion of the organisers.
  • I agree to comply with event rules, safety regulations, and venue requirements.
  • No subletting or sharing of stalls is allowed.
  • I will operate only within the approved trading category.
